Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $1,860 per week
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse position in Highland Park, Illinois. This role involves providing critical care to patients in a high-acuity environment, including emergency and surgical cases. The assignment is scheduled to start on August 30, 2026, with an anticipated duration of approximately 12 weeks.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Float rotation may be required to other units such as Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, or Urgent Care Unit to care for medical-surgical patients and support multiple facilities including Glenbrook, Evanston, and Skokie
- Orientation begins on Monday, with credentials due by Thursday before the start date
- Orientation is 8 hours of non-billable time
Requirements
- Illinois nursing license
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- Epic electronic health record experience
- Passing an EKG test
- Resume submission
- One reference from the past year
- Skills checklist
- All active certifications

- Strong critical care skills with experience managing ventilators, arterial lines, and balloon pumps
