Travel Nurse RN - House Supervisor - $2,520 per week

Job Summary

Critical Access Hospital in Colville, Washington, is seeking an experienced House Supervisor Level 1 (HOUSE SUP 1) to oversee hospital operations and patient care across multiple departments. The position involves leadership in emergency services, critical care, medical-surgical units, labor and delivery, and surgical services. The role requires clinical expertise, operational support, and the ability to facilitate smooth hospital functions to ensure high-quality patient care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington state or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS
• At least 2 years of experience in emergency department or ICU settings
• House supervisor experience
• The ability to float between units including Emergency Department and Critical Care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience
• Community hospital experience
• Additional certification in trauma or related specialties

Float

• Float rotation may be required between units.

Additional Information

• The position primarily supports the emergency department, critical care unit, medical/surgical, labor and delivery, and surgical services.
• Experience with electronic charting systems, specifically Epic, is required.
• The hospital is a Critical Access Facility with 25 beds, and candidates must be flexible to support various departments including resuscitation and resupply duties until patient transfer if necessary.
• All certifications are mandatory prior to start.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
