About the role

The House Supervisor RN will provide administrative-level leadership of nursing services to the assigned unit or units. The primary role involves making decisions regarding patient care, admissions, and unit staffing.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative-level leadership of nursing services to the assigned unit or units.
• Makes decisions regarding patient care, admissions, and unit staffing.
• Confidently leads and directs a team of fellow nurses and staff.
• Ensures the unit is operating safely and effectively.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
