About the role
OneStaff Medical is seeking a travel nurse RN House Supervisor for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026, in West Allis, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure patient care quality
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin
- At least one year of experience as a House Supervisor or equivalent
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
