About the role
This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced rural setting and are comfortable wearing multiple hats while providing high-quality patient care across the ER and inpatient departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care in a Critical Access Hospital environment
- Work in both ER and Med/Surg settings
- Perform 4x12 hour shifts on days
Requirements
- Active MN license
- ER and Med/Surg experience required
- Previous rural or Critical Access experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
- Strong adaptability and independent critical thinking skills
