Location: La Porte Hospital, La Porte, Indiana. Start date: ASAP. Shift details: Days 6:45 AM‑7:15 PM, no on‑call requirements. Scope: Fast‑paced rural emergency department. Approved orientation dates: dependent on years of experience. Unit size: 23 beds. Typical patient ratio: possibly 4 or 5:1. Required scrub color: navy blue.
Requirements
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- PALS certification
- De‑Escalation Training
- 1‑2 years of emergency room experience
- EMR: Cerner preferred
Schedule
Shift: 12‑hour day shifts, 48 hours per week, scheduled Days 6:45 AM‑7:15 PM, no on‑call requirements.
