Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,450 per week

Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position available in Wenatchee, Washington. The role involves providing high‑quality, compassionate patient care in a fast‑paced emergency environment. The ER nurse will utilize clinical expertise to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Location & Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12‑hour days (start times 1300, 1500, or 1700; end times 0100, 0300, or 0500)
• Minimum 36 hours per week

Requirements

• WA State / Compact Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
• Adherence to hospital policies, nursing standards, and the Washington Nurse Practice Act
• Ability to float as a sitter, in rotation, or to Mares Campus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient care in accordance with standards and the nursing process
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures
• Continually evaluate discharge plans and patient educational needs
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses accurately
• Gather patient information for safe, high‑quality care
• Conduct ongoing holistic assessments and respond appropriately
• Execute nursing actions to meet physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs
• Educate patients and families using written materials
• Maintain current knowledge of workflows, procedures, and evidence‑based practices
• Delegate and supervise care provided by assistive personnel
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and maintain a safe environment

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
