Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,450 per week

Job Summary

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Laramie, Wyoming will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the emergency department. Responsibilities include providing education, coordinating healthcare team activities, transcribing and implementing physician protocols, and delegating tasks to ancillary personnel.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shift with 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming in good standing
• Certified Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Certified Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Certified in a de-escalation program
• Certified in a procedural sedation module
• Certified in Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
• Certified in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Certified in QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a clinical nurse setting and hospital
• ENPC (Emergency Nurses Pediatric Course) or ATCN (Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses) certification

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
