Emergency Room Registered Nurse position in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This full-time travel assignment involves providing high-quality patient care during night shifts, with duties focused on coordination and implementation of individualized care plans for a diverse patient population.
About the role
13-week travel nursing assignment starting 08/24/2026. 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Responsibilities
- Obtain and document initial patient assessments
- Develop and modify personalized care plans
- Perform point-of-care testing
- Coordinate patient and team activities
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Contribute to a positive work environment
- Provide respectful, compassionate, and clear communication to patients, families, and team members
- Assist during low census with float as needed
- Participate in unit growth and development initiatives
- Adhere to all safety and organizational policies
- Maintain positive attendance and professional growth
Requirements
- Current New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or a valid Compact state license
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- PALS Certification from the American Heart Association
- TNCC Certification or ATCN Certification
- Ability to start by 08/24/2026
