• Number of Beds: 11
• Patient Ratios: 1:4
• Unit staffing description: 2 RNs day shift, 2 RNs mid shift; add techs as needed for volume
• Type of equipment: Carescape B450 cardiac monitors, Panda Warmer, Lifepak 15, Maquet Servo-s Mobilab, Teladoc for Neuro and behavioral health consults, Mac5500HD EKG, Pyxis
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling special requirements: 3 twelve-hour shifts weekly with every-other-weekend requirement
• Floating policy: Floating as needed to other FSED units in area
• Patient Experience requirements: Communicates and obtains information while respecting the rights and confidentiality of information; use of AIDET
