About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department (ED) at St Davids Medical Center in Austin, Texas. The position starts on 10/26/2026 for a 13‑week travel assignment, 36 hours per week, working 12‑hour night shifts (7:00 P – 7:00 A) with no call required. The unit is the Main ED on the 1st floor, has 48 beds, staffing varies with mid‑shift support, and maintains a patient ratio of 4:1. All equipment is used, the EMR is Meditech, and permanent positions are available on the unit. The typical hiring profile includes travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification
Qualifications
- Preferred: TNCC, ALS, or ENPC certification (CEN, PEN or equivalent)
