Emergency Room (ER) Nurse specializing in emergency care is sought for a position at a healthcare facility in Independence, MO. This role involves providing high-quality emergency services in a busy emergency department with a 40-bed capacity and a staff of over 120 professionals.

Shift Schedule

• Evenings
• 12-hour shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week

Certifications

• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLs (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) for registered nurses or applicable certifications for medical staff

Requirements

• Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience; no minimum experience specified otherwise.

Responsibilities

• IV starts
• Phlebotomy, and other emergency procedures

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
