Schedule: Rotating shifts, including day and night shifts, with 12-hour shift duration and a minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Current State of Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges, two years' experience as an RN in pediatric critical care, current BLS certification from the American Heart Association, current PALS certification from the American Heart Association, and current Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. Education requirements include a two-year (Associate Degree in Nursing), four-year (Bachelor of Science in Nursing), or Diploma Nursing degree. Responsibilities: Delivering professional nursing care tailored to pediatric patients' age and condition, collaborating effectively with the healthcare team, and maintaining compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
