Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Assistant Manager, Long Term Care for a 6-week assignment in Bryson City, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the long-term care facility
• Oversee staff and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive patient care
• Ensure the facility meets regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
• Current licensure to practice as an RN in North Carolina
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting
• Experience in management or leadership roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
• Current BLS certification
