Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Assistant Manager, Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment in Omaha, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the long-term care facility
• Oversee staff and ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive patient care
• Ensure quality assurance and patient safety
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
• Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Nebraska
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or related field
• Experience in management or leadership roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of long-term care standards and regulations
