GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Assistant Director of Nursing for a position in Maquoketa, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure the quality and safety of patient care services.
- Manage nursing staff schedules and resources effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Iowa.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing or equivalent.
- Experience managing nursing staff and overseeing patient care.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 34 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
