About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN - Med Surg for a travel assignment in Anderson, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and monitor post-procedure recovery
- Ensure safe care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in medical records
- Provide patient care during 13-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in medical-surgical nursing
- Ability to support patient safety and effective communication
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
