About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Perform focused patient reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
- Support safe transitions of care via handoffs and care plan updates.
- Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
- Coordinate care, ensure patient safety, and facilitate effective communication among healthcare teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
Schedule
- Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
