Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during 13-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge procedures
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safe medication practices
• Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns appropriately
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
