Travel Nurse - Dialysis

We are seeking an experienced RN for a travel Dialysis assignment in Layton, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening per clinic protocols.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up care, and self-management strategies.
• Ensure infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Schedule

• 36 hours weekly, with 12-hour shifts.

Pay

Competitive gross pay approximately $12,547/month.
