About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN - Dialysis with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to provide patient care in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Documenting care, patient responses, and communications accurately in medical records
- Communicating clinical updates to providers for informed decision-making
- Conducting patient intake, assessments, and symptom screenings per clinic protocols
- Coordinating scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant nursing experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to perform focused assessments and symptom screenings
Schedule
Work 8-hour shifts totaling 12 hours per week.
