Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity perioperative care for cardiovascular and thoracic surgery patients, acting as a circulating and/or scrub nurse.
- Ensure sterile technique, safe equipment use, and accurate documentation during complex procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient and family education.
- Adapt to different hospital settings while maintaining a compassionate, inclusive, and learning-focused approach.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse license.
- Perioperative experience.
- Strong clinical skills in CVOR.
- Excellent teamwork and adaptability.
- Commitment to patient safety and education.
