About the role
Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for imaging studies and explain procedures.
- Operate equipment to perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures.
- Record patient data accurately and maintain medical records.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or related field.
- Completion of an accredited program.
- Experience in nuclear medicine preferred.
