About the role
Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Wailuka, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic imaging tests using radioactive tracers.
- Operate equipment to capture images of the body's internal structures.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Hawaii.
- Experience in performing nuclear medicine procedures.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
