About the role
The client in Denver, CO is seeking a traveling Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. Focus Staff offers a competitive package including health insurance coverage, 401K matching, and new licensing reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Independently perform all phases of diagnostic nuclear medicine using technical knowledge and good judgment to provide safe and effective examinations.
- Acquire and process patient studies.
- Set up reading for physicians.
- Maintain accurate and complete daily records.
Requirements
- Motivated candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine (Certified Nuclear Medicine).
- AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
- BSN from an accredited nursing program, and proper licensure.
- Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and families.
