Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist - $2,745 per week
Job Summary
The Omaha, Nebraska area is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a full-time, acute care setting. The candidate will be responsible for performing nuclear medicine imaging procedures, adhering to department policies, and ensuring patient safety and quality standards.
Job Details
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
Certifications: BLS Certification and Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB
Education & Licensing: Valid license to submit; drivers license required at submittal to verify distance from the facility
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week

Radiation badge provided by the client
Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care areas; refusal to remove nails may lead to termination of the contract
DOT Certification is preferred at the initial contract, but required at extension (within 90 days)
No experience with Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs is required as training will be provided
Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter assignments
Charting system used is EPIC

Pay package
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
