About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a position in Omaha, Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for imaging studies and explain procedures to them.
- Operate equipment to perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures.
- Record patient data accurately and maintain patient records.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Nebraska.
- Experience in performing nuclear medicine procedures.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in using nuclear medicine equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
