About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a position in Grosse Pointe, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine equipment
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and administer radioactive tracers
- Record patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Michigan
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- At least one year of relevant experience in nuclear medicine technology
- Knowledge of nuclear medicine techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screening
