About the role
Health Carousel - Travel Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Omaha, Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine equipment
- Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and explain the process
- Accurately document patient information and results
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to interpret images and provide clinical support
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Nebraska
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or related field
- At least one year of relevant experience in nuclear medicine technology
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
