About the role

Responsible for providing respiratory and neuro diagnostic services in the NICU at a hospital in Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory and neuro diagnostic tests as directed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to healthcare providers.
• Document findings accurately and maintain patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in respiratory or neuro diagnostics.
• Current certification in relevant fields (e.g., Respiratory Therapist, Neurodiagnostic Technologist).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in using Cerner charting system.
• Knowledge of respiratory and neuro diagnostic procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.

Pay

$2,185.76 to $2,418.32 weekly.

Schedule

3x12-Hour shifts: 07:00 - 19:00.
