Travel - NICU RRT Job - $1,849/wk - $2,041/wk

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening in Avon, IN for a 13-week night-shift assignment starting 08/31/2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist in high-risk deliveries
• Provide adult and pediatric critical care, including NICU
• Manage BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC, and mechanical ventilation (weaning, troubleshooting alarms)
• Perform extubation, intubation assistance, and airway management (nasal/oral airway placement, tracheostomy care)
• Operate and maintain Cerner charting system
• Respond to emergencies in the Emergency Department

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• Active certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT
• Skills: Adult Critical Care, Assist in high-risk delivery, BiPAP, CPAP, Extubation, Flow-by, Heated High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Intubation Assist, Nasal airway placement, NICU, Oral airway placement, Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatrics, Trach collar, Tracheostomy care/management, Troubleshooting high-pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation

Pay

$1,849 to $2,041 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements).

Schedule

• 3x 12-hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:30)
