About the Role

Provide respiratory and neurodiagnostic services in the NICU setting. Perform aerosol set up, administer medications, monitor patients, and document findings in the electronic health record (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Aerosol set up mask, aerosol set up trach, albuterol, atrovent, bag and mask, emergency department, flovent, hand held, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), metered dose inhaler (MDI), mucomyst, pediatric critical care, pediatrics, trach collar, trach collar, xopenex
• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate interventions
• Document findings in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Monitor patients and report any changes in condition
• Administer medications as ordered
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• American Heart Association (AHA) certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
• National license/certificate and state license required
