Travel NICU RN - $2,492 per week

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in a Level IV NICU to provide high-quality care to critically ill neonates. Our facility handles high acuity surgical, gastrointestinal, respiratory, and neurological conditions of the neonate, with a particular focus on acute cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Manage ventilated and acute patients, administering appropriate therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
• Perform necessary procedures as indicated by patient's condition.
• Educate families regarding infant care and health conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level IV NICU setting.
• Current BLS certification required.
• OH or Compact RN License required at the time of application.
• Experience with ventilators and patients with tracheostomy preferred.
• Knowledge of common diagnoses, including but not limited to Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Intraventricular Hemorrhage, and Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.

Schedule

• 13-week contract
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:30)
