About the role

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). You will provide exceptional care to our patients while working in a well-equipped facility that is known for its advanced medical services and supportive work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to neonates in a high-acuity environment.
  • Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Support families during their child's NICU stay with education and emotional support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience.
  • NRP certification is required; NIC-RNC certification is preferred.
  • Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a NICU setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
