Travel NICU RN - $1,817 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Austin, Texas. This is a 13-week backfill contract position with day shifts and on-call requirements.

Schedule

• 13-week contract duration
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour day shifts scheduled from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• On-call requirements
• 4 weekend shifts throughout the schedule

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards
• Monitor and assess the condition of neonates, making necessary adjustments to care plans
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide education and support to families of patients in care

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required
• Experience in a Level 4 NICU preferred
• Current RN license in good standing
