This position involves providing specialized nursing care for neonatal patients in a hospital setting. The role requires a dedicated healthcare professional to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to infants from birth through 18 years of age, supporting their critical needs within the NICU environment. Job Details Position Title: RN NICU Location: Childrens Hospital Colorado Colorado Springs Length of Assignment: 13 weeks Dates: 12/01/2026 to 03/06/2027 Shift: 12-Hour Days (07:00 AM 07:30 PM) Schedule: 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Must have BSN, RN licensure, BLS, NRP, PALS certifications, and 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience. Float: Float rotation may be required to Pediatric Medical/Surgical and Pediatric Intensive Care Units within a 35-mile radius of the facility. Shift hours are 12 hours with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Must be available to work 2 of the 3 designated holidays. Candidates must be available during blackout dates: 11/25-11/27, 12/23-12/26, and 12/30-1/2. No RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment. No on-call requirement. Medical and religious exemption requests from seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed.
