Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned neonatal patients on a per-shift basis.
• Supervise clinical staff and delegate responsibilities appropriately.
• Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure delivery of high-quality, safe patient care, staff competency, and effective resource management.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent
• Current neonatal intensive care certification
• At least 2 years of experience in neonatal intensive care (NICU)
• Ability to work night shifts

• Experience in neonatal intensive care
• Familiarity with NICU protocols
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal patient management

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
