Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned neonatal patients on a per-shift basis.
- Supervise clinical staff and delegate responsibilities appropriately.
- Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure delivery of high-quality, safe patient care, staff competency, and effective resource management.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent
- Current neonatal intensive care certification
- At least 2 years of experience in neonatal intensive care (NICU)
- Ability to work night shifts

- Familiarity with NICU protocols

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
