Travel NICU/Nursery Registered Nurse - $1,907 per week
About the role
Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a 8-week assignment starting ASAP at a hospital in Opelousas, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for critically ill neonates
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient progress and communicate with families and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- 2 years of recent experience in NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care
- Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
- Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
- Valid Driver's License
Qualifications

- Background and drug screen

Pay
The pay package is based on 13 hour shifts and 39 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
