About the Role
Travel nursing position for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit (STICU) at a Level II Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center in Evansville, Indiana. This department focuses on the Adult Trauma Population, Post Surgical Management for General Surgery, Vascular Surgery (Carotid, etc.), and Neuro Surgery. Patient ratio is 1:1-3, with 8 beds available.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the STICU.
- Manage post-surgical care for general surgery, vascular surgery, and neuro surgery patients.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1-3.
Schedule
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts
