Travel MS/Tele RN - $2,000 per week

About the role

Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry. Discipline: RN. Assignment: travel nursing position in Greensboro, North Carolina. Start date: 10/05/2026. Duration: 13 weeks (full‑time, 36 hours per week). Employment type: Travel Registered Nurse – Night Shift.

Schedule

Night shift: 3 × 12‑hour shifts (19:00 – 07:30), every third weekend, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interpret laboratory results and perform medication reconciliation.
• Administer vital signs and assess patient health questionnaires.
• Perform dressing changes and assist in aseptic/sterile procedures.
• Conduct phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed.
• Engage in telephone triage and manage pharmacy calls/refill requests.
• Monitor and support patients with CVA, TBI, ABI, and other rehabilitation needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year acute care experience.
• Active RN license at the time of submission.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
