About the role
Hospital is looking for a Telemetry RN for 8 or 12 hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and provide appropriate care
- Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oregon
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Qualifications
- Experience in telemetry preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
