About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within a Med/Surg unit. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage multiple patients, perform thorough assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage care for adults and geriatric patients in a Med/Surg environment.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs.
- Administer medications and assist in various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care accurately in the Epic charting system.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
- At least 1 year of RN experience preferred, with prior charge experience.
- Experience with Epic charting system.
- Ability to manage specific patient conditions and perform necessary interventions.
Schedule
Night Shift: 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
