Travel MS/Tele RN - $1,869 per week

About the role

Travel Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med‑Surg and Telemetry for a 13‑week contract in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. The position starts on 10/05/2026, is full‑time (36 hours per week) and operates on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.
• Float to different nursing units as required based on patient census and staffing needs, including weekend coverage every other week.
• Monitor patient vitals and assess needs while managing complex medical conditions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment and care plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in LTAC, Medical‑Surgical, and Telemetry settings.
• Current South Carolina nursing license.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• At least 1 year of experience with EPIC electronic medical records.

Pay
