About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, in Greenwood, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care
- Perform medication administration and monitoring
- Assess and document patient conditions
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in South Carolina
- At least one year of recent clinical experience
- Knowledge of telemetry equipment and protocols
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
