About the role
Aya is seeking a Travel MS/Tele Registered Nurse to join their team in Waterbury, CT.
Responsibilities
- Administer blood products as needed
- Implement isolation precautions and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Provide care in med/surg settings
- Manage nasal cannulas
- Perform non-invasive airway management
- Care for peripheral lines and manage PICC lines
- Start and maintain intravenous (IV) lines
Requirements
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- Must possess the necessary certifications and skills as listed above
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience with telehealth preferred
Skills
- Blood Product Administration
- Isolation Precautions/PPE
- Med/Surg
- Nasal Cannula
- Non-invasive airway management
- Peripheral Line Care/Management
- PICC line management
- Starting and maintaining IVs
