About the role
Aya is seeking a Travel MS/Tele Registered Nurse in Palo Alto, CA.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess patients' health needs and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the Epic charting system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform medication administration and monitor patient response.
- Conduct rounds and participate in shift handovers.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Current California RN license.
- One year of relevant nursing experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience with telehealth platforms beneficial.

- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule
