About the Role

This is a 13-week assignment with a day shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30) per week. The facility is an acute care hospital with 144 beds, utilizing Meditech for charting.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Blood Product Administration
• Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac management
• Feeding tube care and management
• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Isolation Precautions/PPE
• IV insulin protocols
• Med/Surg and MS/Tele experience
• Oxygen administration (Nasal Cannula, Oxygen tanks)
• Peripheral Line Care/Management
• Peripheral nerve block catheters
• Phlebotomy
• Colostomy/ileostomy management/care
• Heparin administration
• Pre/Post neurosurgery care
• PICC line management
• Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management
• Renal failure care
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Surgical drains management
• Telemetry (on-unit monitoring)
• Total joint replacement care
• Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
• Wound Care/Wound Vac

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• BLS certification
• Previous Charge Nurse experience preferred

Patient ratios: 5-7 patients on nights and weekends.

Pay

$2,120 to $2,313 weekly, including taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.

Schedule

13-week assignment starting 09/14/2026. Three 12-hour day shifts per week (07:00 - 19:30).
