MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a contract with one of our top healthcare clients. Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and MRI principles to operate MRI scanners and assist in diagnosing diseases and injuries.
- Ensure patient, staff, and visitor safety during MRI procedures.
- Set appropriate technical parameters, operate MRI scanners, and monitor image data during scans.
- Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations.
- Comply with regulatory and professional guidelines.
- Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
- Maintain a safe work environment for both staff and customers.
Requirements
- Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
- Valid state radiology registration as required by law.
- Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
- Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a valid state radiology license and completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology. Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience is preferred, ideally in a critical care setting. Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology is also required.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
