About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a position in Canton, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Ensure patient comfort and provide clear communication during the procedure.
- Operate MRI equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Document patient information and procedures accurately in the medical record.
- Adhere to infection control practices and maintain a sterile environment.
Requirements
- Current state-issued MRI technologist license.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in MRI technology.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to MRI imaging.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited MRI technologist program.
- Basic computer skills.
Skills
- Proficiency with MRI equipment.

- Effective problem-solving skills.
Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours long, Monday through Friday, with potential for weekend and holiday work.
