Responsibilities
- Supervise a crew that works on the operation of large industrial equipment.
- Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and ensure appropriate equipment is available.
- Drive and pull equipment to various regional locations.
- Engage with prospects and clients to determine their needs and recommend services.
- Demonstrate the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs.
- Enforce jobsite safety to comply with OSHA regulations and hth companies' Safety Program.
- Act as a liaison for all site leadership and maintain positive client relations.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team dedicated to customer service.
- Perform various other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- Two to five years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
- Class B CDL preferred, but not required.
- Ability to use a variety of tools including blowtorches, saws, pipe benders, and welding torches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.

Physical Abilities
- Lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs. on a routine basis.
- Climb ladders and stairways regularly throughout the work shift.
- Observe conditions and others as safety attendant, staying alert while seated for long periods.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other tools and equipment safely and in a controlled manner.
- Perform inspections of site, tools, and equipment.
- Perform behavioral observations focused on safety and process improvement.
- Follow safety protocol and report incidents, unsafe acts, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Training
- Must provide proof of successful completion of OSHA 10-hour training within 60 days of starting at hth companies.
